We are currently working with a privately held manufacturer of custom electro-mechanical products. Due to recent growth, as well as future growth plans that are in the works, they are hiring two Accounting Assistants to join their corporate finance team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full time Monday – Friday daylight schedule and full benefits package. THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you’ll work within a finance department that is very effective at communicating with one another and working as a true team.
The duties you’ll have in the position will depend on the scope of your experience and could span across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and / or payroll, in addition to providing general support for the overall operations at the corporate office.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Associates degree is preferred. • A minimum of 2+ years of accounting support experience for degree candidates, or a minimum of 4+ years of accounting support experience for non-degreed candidates. • Experience in payables and / or payroll processing is required. • Experience in receivables is nice to have. • Manufacturing industry and / or ERP experience preferred. • Pre-employment requirements include a criminal background check and drug screen.
