Direct hire opportunity with our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area for an Oracle Application Support Analyst
This role will focus on providing system support for Oracle Fusion Cloud; specifically, Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle Cloud Order Management.
Responsibilities
Provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle Cloud Order Management.
Ensure business requirements are maintained throughout the Oracle Fusion environment
Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements and review documentation.
Develop functionality, conceptual designs, and process flows to meet business requirements.
Lead communication with internal staff and third-party managed services support as required to resolve issues. Create and support response(s) on Oracle Service Requests
Provide day-to-day user support for the core business areas you support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of functional experience with Oracle ERP applications and business requirements gathering 1+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management
Understanding of system testing, quality assurance methods and processes Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
