You will have enterprise Account Management or Client Relationship Management experience within the regulatory compliance, AML, KYC, data quality, or data governance software solutions space.
You understand software solutions that perform sanctions screening, data cleansing, data matching, data standardization, and data governance activities for enterprises that perform compliance checks. They may also be concerned about the consistency and integrity of their data.
You are at ease interacting withthe C-suite including Data Governance and Compliance teams and their impacted departments and you get excited helping them to discover ways to improve their ROI through top data quality and compliance solutions.
You excel at building trusted advisor relationships. Establishing regular check-ins and QBRs with your clients is second nature and has resulted in you having bragging rights to the highest levels of client satisfaction and account retention.
You dig deep to understand your client’s business and apply that knowledge to develop effective account growth and action plans to render the best value and service for your clients and NNR sales target achievement for you.
Your honesty, integrity, excellent skills of proactivity and follow through have helped your clients to think of you first when they have questions and are expanding or renewing solutions that cleanse and optimize their data or keep them compliant.
You are a consummate team player who believes in sharing their knowledge with others.
The Challenge
You’ll grow your confidence and your skills speaking to executives within some of the largest banks, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and NGO organizations across the world as you manage a portfolio of well-established brands globally and build lasting relationships with clients.
Your goal will be to increase profits within our current Compliance and Data Quality client accounts via upsells, cross-sells and renewals – helping Innovative to maintain its leadership position in the industry!

You will be the key to unravelling client insights with the aim of building success for them and Innovative. Staying on top of your client’s changing needs and developing a solid and sincere understanding of their business challenges, you’ll create successful and lasting relationships with them because the solutions you provide will enable them to better manage their data compliance risks, recognize potential financial terrorist/money-laundering threats, and ultimately - to improve their ROI by better controlling of their costs.
Through client growth and retention, you will build success for yourself while increasing Innovative’s market share and helping to strategically drive revenue-based activities within a portfolio of long-standing customers. The Team
You will be supported by a dedicated team that includes sales, pre-sales engineering, product implementation, marketing, and customer success as you work alongside the Data Quality and FinScan Product Marketing teams. At Innovative, you’ll have the unrivaled support of Senior leadership and the CEO who will help you with your accounts whether interacting in an advisory capacity or joining you on client calls or in meetings. Your success is paramount!
Onboarding Snapshot
During your first month you will:
Complete onboarding training including developing familiarity with our processes, the departments with which you will interact, and what makes the Innovative culture so special.
Gain a sound understanding of our FinScan and Data Quality solutions as well as the customers we serve in this space.
Shadow current Account Mangers and conduct internal interviews to understand account history.
Within the first 3 months you will:
Develop a Key Account Matrix and prioritize Account Planning.
Work alongside Manager to develop Objectives and Activity Planning in order to achieve quarterly targets and overall annual NNR target.
Be setting up Discovery Calls with customers, and preparing for QBRs as appropriate.
Creating a White Spacing Plan to identify opportunities in order to reach targets.
Within 6 months, you will:
Be able to document and present current findings to the Executive Management Team on our Data Quality relationships
Strategically assess our outreach plans and objectives and determine if they will sufficiently create a momentum of profitability for the long-term and/or recommend alternatives
