Develop operations and information security strategy and plans that support the strategy of the company….Pyramid Consulting Group has a Pittsburgh client with an immediate need for an experienced COO with particular experience in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities overall include:
Build the team and infrastructure needed to deliver on strategy and plans. Works closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that we are meeting and/or exceeding our customers' expectations. Provide oversight of operations and information security.
The client is looking for the following background and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related subject required, Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years managing call center operations required. 5+ years in the Healthcare industry, healthcare technology preferred. Expertise in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma), and multi-year practical experience in the implementation of process improvement. Experience with site management, and multi-facility environments.
Experience leading the Operations function for a call center or a technology enabled service company, preferably in the health care industry. Experience with scaling growing organizations. Proven experience with people-centered leadership fostering a positive work environment. Works well in a collaborative but fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. Manages a global organization of nearly 500 employees, which is growing rapidly in the US & India.
