Pitt Information Technology (Pitt IT) is seeking a qualified A/V technician. The A/V Technician serves on the Audio-Visual (A/V) support team in Pitt IT's Client Services division. This team provides the service of supporting in-person, remote, and hybrid conferences, and meetings and events across the University. This service is delivered by advising and assisting with the technology to execute professional -grade meeting and event experiences, as well as consulting on meeting/ conference room design and installation. A combination of a disposition towards delivering excellent customer service and hardware/software technology tools knowledge are essential to successfully executing this role. This position is primarily on-campus. Evening and weekend hours may be required occasionally.
