This role is 100% REMOTE - Must be in the US
Business software is not typically built to communicate with one another. Integrations between applications help to streamline processes. Almost all applications are built from separate components and run-on different systems. If these applications cannot communicate with each other, they will produce data quality inefficiencies, redundancies, and silos, and decrease satisfaction for the end-user. Therefore, integrations are an important first step to business efficiency and growth. A Senior Architect will support the architecture and solution framework for Automation and Integration projects. This role is a critical role in the Integration transformation of Global Technology Solution group and will work with other architects, program and domain leaders to migrate and create new interfaces based on standardized design patterns. This is a critical foundational program for the future of the enterprise.
Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
7 years’ minimum experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator and automation technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
Results oriented with ability to produce products/solutions that deliver organizational benefit
Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills
Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy with ability to design IT solutions to deliver that strategy
Ability to develop solution architecture designs
Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
Experience in assessing a broad range of IT solutions particularly in infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network and Security
Hands on with UIPath .net , Microservices, Cloud and Headless is must.
Familiarity with AI, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Science is must
