eNGINE is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for a Pittsburgh based customer in the utilities space. The emphasis of the role is service desk and operations management. This role will be a night shift schedule from 11pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday. Initially the position will require onsite training but naturally shift into a hybrid schedule.
The successful candidate will be mainly troubleshooting remote hardware/software and network issues. Experience with the Cherwell ticketing system is a big plus. Control-M or other scheduling package experience is required. Some other key requirements are listed below:
