SUMMARY Manufacturer in Saxonburg, PA seeks a Customer Support Specialist to assist the sales department. This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting customers with production-related requests and ensuring prompt and accurate communication to and from customers. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday daylight work schedule. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Collaborating with internal and external participants to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction • Handle customer issues concerning billing and/or services • Analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information • Process Customer Purchase Orders • Data entry into company ERP system • Follow up on customer quotations and document internally in the ERP system • Overall support of the company sales team and customer service efforts
REQUIREMENTS • 3-5 years of Customer service experience in manufacturing or a similar industry • Previous experience using an ERP system (Experience with Made-2-Manage is a plus) • Ability to interpret and comprehend manufacturing drawings and bills of material is a preferred • Strong spatial aptitude • Excellent written and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask with accuracy, prioritize effectively and adapt to change when necessary • Good Word and Excel and math skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
