What We Seek We are looking for a self-motivated and high-performing Microsoft Modern Work Account Manager to support and grow TiER1’s Microsoft Modern Work offerings, solutions and capabilities through Learning, Change, and Communication initiatives. This individual will be joining our Client Development team and should thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will be curious, collaborative, and passionate about relationship building. This individual will be energized by the challenge and reward of developing new clients and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
Understand client needs and propose Microsoft 365 solutions that meet their requirements.
Serve as a liaison between TiER1 and Microsoft as we build our partnership.
Possess and continue to build a deep understanding of Microsoft and technology trends.
Articulate the unique value proposition of leveraging Microsoft 365 to support people and performance.
Cultivate new relationships and opportunities in targeted strategic accounts.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new Microsoft 365 offerings.
Attend and participate in Microsoft conferences and other connection events.
Work closely with a dedicated team of Microsoft experts.
Engage in company and team communications and resources with the goals to build internal relationships, increase knowledge, and gain expertise navigating the pursuit process.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales of Microsoft 365 consulting services or related Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Azure. Other productivity tools are acceptable.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of products and services, including their features, benefits, and use cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
Track record of thriving in independent and team related work environments in the technology industry.
Legal authorization to work in the US indefinitely.
Preferred Qualifications
CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
8+ years of experience in outside sales.
A successful person in this role will have stellar interpersonal skills along with the ability to both empathize?with and influence others, cope with a fluctuating workload and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. We’re looking for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, organization, and supporting others.
