The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and initiate long-term relationships with customers and prospects. In this position the responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, measuring customer experience and providing the support that will effectively and efficiently improve the customer’s business experience.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Initiate Customer Experience phone calls
Support the Sales Team in uncovering new business opportunities
Call on prospects and past customers to educate on offered services
Communicate solutions and promotions to customers on an on-going basis
Provide thorough follow-up after projects, services, and support cases.
Schedule calls, webinars and meetings with customers as appropriate.
May be required to participate in safety trainings and/or certifications provided by the Company or customers.
Valid driver’s license is required, as employee may be required to travel to client site as needed.
Experience/Other required:
Two (2) or mores years of successful sales support experience, preferably in the electronics services industry (Voice, Data, Security, Multimedia, and/or Structured Cabling).
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Goal-oriented individual with the aptitude to meet and exceed yearly quotas.
