What You’ll Do
The Manager of Reporting & Data Analysis manages business processes to ensure accuracy of sales and asset data and reporting of Federated Hermes. This position works closely with numerous internal teams including members of Corporate Finance, Enterprise Data Management, Sales, Product and Marketing and Technology.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations related to data analysis and reporting of sales and assets, compensation calculations, and corporate reporting.
- Directs team’s day to day work allocations, cross-training and provide input to performance reviews.
- Works closely with Sr Manager Reporting and Data Analysis, Enterprise Data Management and Technology to continually improve processes to automate and improve efficiency of reporting and increase business value.
- Reviews Sales bonus-related reports and facilitate the approval process.
- Manages monthly and quarterly closing activities including AUM trending review, calculations of flows, adjustment files, and reviewing products for inclusion in AUM reporting.
- Creates business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal forms.
- Serves as the expert of the business reporting needs of Sales departments and produce the reports. Serve as the sales and asset expert for FHI.
- Supports internal business groups with ad hoc requests and development of reporting and analysis to provide key insights into AUM and Flows.
