Mayvue is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Sales to lead our B2B Government Transportation Infrastructure sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the asset management and professional services industries. The Director of Sales will work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive customer value.

Qualifications and Skills
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including hiring and training new sales representatives as needed.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth that achieves sales targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the asset management and professional services industries.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment to drive customer value.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes and workflows.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.
Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Government Transportation Infrastructure industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and managing successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience selling software products and services to asset management and professional services industries is strongly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Willingness to travel as needed.
