ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a talented Decision Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business data and providing insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The Decision Support Analyst will work closely with various teams to identify business needs and provide analytical solutions to support their objectives.
You will embrace and manage the new, using your ability to work with other team members to advocate for clients and achieve success. LegalSifter is set to explode, and you will help us do just that.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data using statistical techniques and tools.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to provide clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost optimization.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Evaluate existing data systems and processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve decision-making processes.

SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large sets of data.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
