The Position:
Reporting to the Manager of Learning Technology Services (LTS), the Senior Learning Technology Analyst is vital role within the Technology Support division of PennWest Information Technology Services. Ensuring that all instructional spaces on campus are provisioned and maintained with the latest AV equipment and instructional technology. The position is located at the Clarion campus.
The ITS department promotes team-oriented collaboration and open communication, and the Learning Technology Analyst position is instrumental to our success.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or minimum of 3 years of experience working within an IT role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of computers and AV equipment.
- Experience with project planning/management
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience facilitating training.
- Experience working within an academic environment.
- Experience working with help desk ticketing system.
- Experience with the procurement of equipment and services.
- Experience of AV installation and management.
- Extron or other AV related certifications.
- Quality Matters/OLC or other Distance Education related certification.
