eNGINE is hiring a Manager of Quality Assurance for a role with a healthcare focused company. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a team of SDETs who will design and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality software products for our customers. The successful applicant position will be responsible for developing and executing QA policies and procedures, setting QA standards, and monitoring the QA process to ensure a high quality of deliverables.

What you will do:

• Leads the QA team in developing and executing comprehensive QA processes and procedures.
• Analyzes and evaluates QA results.
• Develop and implements process improvements for automated testing.
• Communicates QA results to stakeholders.
• Provides guidance and support to team members.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Extensive knowledge of software testing processes and methodology.
• Experience in developing and implementing automated testing using C# and Selenium.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) is beneficial
