Overview of Responsibilities:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining schedules for all of the Process Equipment Division jobs, as needed. They will also be responsible to back up all work for the Material Control Coordinator II.
Key Job Elements:
Ability to read Bills of Materials on drawings
Use an ERP system
Review open production orders to ensure required dates are met
Collaborate with various departments to maintain on time delivery for production orders
Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly basis
Prepare inventory and production reports
Processing Engineering changes
Must follow KJLC Material Control practices and work instructions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Moderate computer skills
Organized and able to multi-task
Detail oriented
Displays a sense of urgency, while not skipping steps
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience in expediting vendors or work centers
Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP system experience.
Microsoft Office Suite – emphasis on Excel
