eNGINE is seeking an Outage Management System (OMS) application development supervisor for a customer based in Pittsburgh, PA in the home security industry.

The successful candidate will have the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor a team of System Analysts and Software Engineers. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, resource and project scheduling, performance management. Solid experience working with cross-functional teams is key to this position.

Bonus points given to candidates who display experience with data quality management and how that pertains to OMS initiatives.
