Contribute to the growth as a leader in productivity, and provide workforce management, system implementation, and operational excellence in the retail, supply chain, healthcare, and service industries…Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a Pittsburgh client with an immediate need for an experienced IT MANAGER who will be responsible for leading and managing the overall information technology strategy and operations to support our scaling business. This includes the implementation and maintenance of company software and networking systems, as well as the management of third-party service providers.

The client is looking for the following background and skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field
Five or more years of experience in managing IT operations
Prior experience managing a third-party service provider is preferred
Experience handling inventory, leases, imaging, and deployment for Windows and iPads
Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365, JumpCloud, Egnyte, HubSpot, WordPress, and SAP
Experience implementing systems and service integrations in a growth organization
Strong knowledge of industry standard computer hardware and software systems
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure
Strategic thinker with strong knowledge of the latest technologies
