Accounts Payable Specialist
SUMMARYWe’re working with an International Manufacturing company in Butler, PA to find an Accounts Payable Specialist. We are looking for someone with an accounting related degree OR experience in Accounts Payable. POSITIONResponsibilities Include:• Verify, enter, and code expenses and vendor invoices • Process transactions • Research and resolve discrepancies• Assist with weekly payables check run• Prepare and review accounting reports • Scan accounting paperwork into a document imaging system Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
