The Position:
Reporting to the Manager of Client Support Services (CSS) and the Senior Technology Support Analysts (STSA), the Technology Support Analyst is responsible for researching and resolving a high volume and wide variety of information technology problems. Performs tier 1 and tier 2 level IT support services and maintains broad expertise of computer hardware and software. The position is located at the Clarion campus.
The ITS department promotes team-oriented collaboration and open communication, and the Technology Support Analyst position is instrumental to our success.

Required:
Associate degree in related field and/or minimum of 2 years of experience working within an IT role.
Demonstrable knowledge of computer hardware, software and maintenance.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience facilitating training.
Experience working within an academic environment.
Experience working with help desk ticketing system.
Experience with the procurement of equipment and services.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS and related software.
