Drives forward the Civic Innovation Roadmap by working closely with project partners to understand and support progress. In collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders, identifies and tracks metrics to understand project impact and purpose. Facilitates and leads digital inclusion efforts and initiatives to build a more digitally equitable Pittsburgh. Coordinates the PGH Lab innovation incubator program. Works cross-departmentally on What Works Cities’ initiatives, including metrics monitoring and support for program expansion. Works with Civic Innovation colleagues to build a long-term strategy for continued civic innovation development in Pittsburgh that is sustainable and community based.

• WORK EXPERIENCE: The application must clearly show three (3) years of full-time experience in project and relationship management roles, or other related experience. The application must also show experience in metric building and general business practices. (Full-time is defined as 32 hours or more per week.  Less than full-time experience will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.)
• EDUCATION/TRAINING: The application must clearly show a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) from a fully accredited institution in a field related to the position duties.  (See NOTE under the General Application Requirements Section above regarding the verification of education/training.)
• EQUIVALENCY:  Education/training and/or work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis if the application clearly shows the required number of years to meet the Total Qualifying Requirement for this position (based on the sum of work experience and education/training listed above).  The Total Qualifying Requirement is seven (7) years.  (See NOTE under the General Application Requirements Section above regarding the verification of education/training).
