eNGINE is hiring a Technical Writer to support our fortune 500 level client in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a technical writer with a background in Financial Services, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical writing, research, and documentation (15+ years without a degree).
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of internal auditing practices and challenges to policy and procedure documentation.
- Excellent technical writing skills including research and policy documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for technology concepts.
- Convert complex technical information into clear, concise documents for various audiences.
- Work with technology control management leads and teams to produce policy and process documentation.
- Lead or assist in business requirement sessions and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement business process improvement recommendations.
