eNGINE is hiring a 110% remote Project Manager for our Pittsburgh based healthcare services industry customers. This person will be responsible for the scheduling, resource allocation, coordination, implementation and management of IT projects.
Job duties:
Lead the Corporate IT Team proactively by setting project direction, creating project plans, identifying key milestones, and selecting appropriate participants for each project.
Manage project schedules, deadlines, and resource conflicts.
Synthesize data, develop recommendations, and review findings with business leadership.
Provide dashboard-level reporting across IT projects.
Work closely with the project’s key management team to ensure all activities progress on schedule.
Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities within the project.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues across disciplines, projects, and functional areas as assigned.
Prepare preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, customers, and/or department management; recommend suggested action steps based on analysis results.
Assist in the development of project proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, communication packages, performance measurement tools, and training materials related to assigned projects.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of two years’ experience managing IT projects, including working closely with software development teams.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, or a related field required.
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, call center operations, and project management is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project required; Microsoft Visio skills preferred
Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under deadlines.
