Our client has an immediate need for a Business Process Analyst (PEP+ ACH),who will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering/relevant field is a plus
6+ years of overall experience
3-5 years of experience in Fiserv PEP+ app
6 years of experience in process flow creation; understanding code
6 years of experience in Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables
Finance background is preferred
Experience with ACH accreditation, Agile, Payments industry Knowledge, NACHA, Atlassian JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence are a plus
Experience with writing user stories is a plus
Experience with Business Requirements Documentation is a plus
Experience with Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plans is a plus
Excellent communication verbal and written, attention to detail, and team player
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations
Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve workflow

Train staff and users to work with computer systems and program
