Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Business Process Analyst (PEP+ ACH),  who will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering/relevant field is a plus
• 6+ years of overall experience 
• 3-5 years of experience in Fiserv PEP+ app 
• 6 years of experience in process flow creation; understanding code
• 6 years of experience in Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables 
• Finance background is preferred
• Experience with ACH accreditation, Agile, Payments industry Knowledge, NACHA, Atlassian JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence are a plus
• Experience with writing user stories is a plus
• Experience with Business Requirements Documentation is a plus
• Experience with Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plans is a plus 
• Excellent communication verbal and written, attention to detail, and team player

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
• Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations
• Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve workflow
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
• Train staff and users to work with computer systems and program
