Vice President/CRM Product Owner
Dollar Bank is seeking a Salesforce Platform owner to serve as the cornerstone of our new Salesforce Platform management and be accountable to the organization for its success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, enhancement, and operational efficiency of our Salesforce environment. This position will serve as the steward and SME of the Salesforce platform within the organization to provide strategic guidance to business and governance stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery to ensure the platform aligns with and supports our business objectives.
