Information Systems Analyst (OpenVMS)
Responsibilities: Administers servers running OpenVMS, including administration and setup of the servers connected to the network at multiple locations. Provide technical support to clients and MSA engineers on OpenVMS Ability to install and set up system applications and system backup software Create technical support documentation Troubleshoots simple to complex system problems for internal or external customers Troubleshoots simple network problems Requires on-call rotation with two other administrators Some after hours and weekend support to meet customer system availability requirements Work is remote with occasional on-site requirement
