Our client has an immediate need for a SailPoint Business Systems Analyst, who will work closely with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2-3 years of experience in implementing or supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ or other identity governance solutions.
Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, access certification, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Familiarity with integration tools, workflows, and protocols related to SailPoint (e.g., connectors, REST APIs, SOAP)
Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Backgrounds as it relates to Unified Access Management
Experience in gathering requirements and working directly with business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ or related IGA certifications
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Active Directory, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for SailPoint implementations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
Work with SailPoint developers and architects to design identity governance workflows, policies, and rules that align with business processes
Support the integration of SailPoint with other enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow)
Develop and execute test cases to validate the implementation of SailPoint solutions
Ensure that SailPoint solutions meet the agreed-upon requirements and quality standards
Support the configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ and related modules (e.g., Access Certification, Policy Enforcement, Role Mining)
Assist in the setup of workflows, roles, entitlements, and policies to enforce access governance.
Provide support to end-users and business teams for any issues or questions regarding SailPoint applications
Develop and deliver training materials for SailPoint solutions
Ensure that all identity governance processes adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes
Generate reports related to user access, certifications, and compliance metrics
