Quest Analytics seeks a self-motivated associate to join our growing company.  As a team member of a company that builds unique datamining and CRM applications for the financial services industry, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business by helping develop and deploy banking business applications. 

Quest is looking for an individual with 3+ years of professional development experience with strong Microsoft SQL skills combined with .Net Programming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and deploy web-based tools and applications to support our banking data mining and CRM applications
• Translates application requirements into a robust well designed technical solutions
• Uses Rapid Applications Development (RAD) techniques employing object-oriented design and development to produce solutions
• Performs unit testing and system testing on software applications 
• Debugs software and fix defects uncovered during the testing process 
• Works with application analysts or coordinators, test engineers, and technical writers to ensure the successful rollout of new applications or features
• Use strong SQL skills to build data mining queries

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• 3+ years work experience in a development role 
• Strong Microsoft SQL query building skills is a must have item
• Full lifecycle project experience 
• Experience in event-driven programming and multi-tiered Client/Server architectures 
• Career related experience with building applications using: C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, SSRS
• Database design and programming (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Logical thinker with ability to develop well-structured designs for complex applications 
• Effective in fast paced environment 
• Collaborative/enjoys working in teams 
• Self-starter/motivator 
• Creative and effective problem solving skills 
• Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrently
