Intern, Service Desk
This is a year-round internship where you may be scheduled to work 20 – 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays (approximately one Saturday a month). This internship is designed to give you real life work experience as you will work alongside experienced IT professionals. This position is a hybrid position. Principal Activities and Duties:•Provide support to all Dollar Bank branches and departmental back offices related to but not limited to telephones, desktop devices, laptops, ATMs, video conferencing, and connectivity issues pertaining to the internet, WAN and LAN.•Receive calls from our users/branches/back offices and resolving at the first level of support or triaging issues to our second level support teams.
