eNGINE is hiring a Agile Product Owner for a client of ours in the healthcare technology sector. The ideal applicant will have experience with managing customer-facing products in a healthcare environment.

This position is hybrid, as such, candidates are required to be local to the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a voice to project the expectations of customers on new or already existing products.
• Highlight product features in a manner clearly understandable to the development team.
• Manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.
• Conduct backlog grooming meetings with a team of product owners.
• Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement, as well as to scrum team.
• Provide reports to update management and stakeholders on product development operations.
• Develop and implement action plans for building and sustaining demand for a product.

Requirements:

• 2+ years or more experience in IT Project Management.
• Knowledge of health care technology solutions is needed
• Knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps helpful
• Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with project management, documentation, and visualization software.
• Product Owner Scrum Certification (Scrum.org or Scrum Inc.); Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred
