Oxford Solutions is partnering with our client, a leading provider of data quality and audience targeting solutions, to find a dynamic and data-driven Director of Marketing.
We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and passionate marketing professional with experience in SaaS, data, or security industries—someone who thrives on making decisions based on data, spreadsheets, and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives
Create and analyze marketing attribution reports to measure funnel performance, opportunity generation, and sales effectiveness
Enhance brand presence through strategic campaigns, thought leadership, and partnerships
Drive demand generation through digital, content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and events
Collaborate with product and sales teams on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Support sales with enablement materials and lead generation tools
Conduct market research to identify customer insights and industry trends
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive B2B/B2C marketing experience in SaaS, data, or technology industries
Proven success in creating integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Expertise in HubSpot or Salesforce required
Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-based marketing decisions
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and automation tools (Pardot, 6Sense, Navattic, Kwanzoo, RB2B, etc.)
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
Work Schedule Hybrid – must be able to work onsite 3 days per week
