eNGINE is hiring a Client Support Specialist to help deliver best-in-class mobile experiences for fans around the world.
What You’ll Do
Be the first line of support for our clients, responding quickly to inquiries about our apps and digital platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot real-time reports from fans and clients—especially during live games
Perform daily checks to ensure all app content (e.g., stats, scores) is accurate and up to date
Test app functionality across platforms to maintain performance and reliability
Work closely with Engineering and Project Management to resolve issues and improve the product
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in a help desk, tech support, or client services role
Experience using content management systems and digital tools
Ability to identify, replicate, and clearly document app issues
A team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays during live sports events
Thrive in fast-paced environments and eager to learn
Degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, or related field preferred
