About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Pittsburgh-based team part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are eager to launch a career in tech sales. You’ll learn how to prospect, qualify, and build relationships with decision-makers at leading manufacturing and distribution companies..
What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential customers in our target industries
Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce Bizowie ERP
Qualify outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team
Collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine outreach strategies
Manage all prospecting activity in our CRM and track your pipeline
Learn the ERP software market and B2B sales process from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls and following up persistently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred
