As an Assistant Account Executive, you will support client relationships, assist with project coordination, and help ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Working closely with team members, you will collaborate internally to help deliver high-quality advertising solutions. Supporting the Account Management team with day-to-day communication for both the client and the agency
Assisting with basic account tasks, including organizing information, updating documents, and helping keep projects on track
Helping with campaign and project coordination from kick-off through completion
Joining client meetings to learn client goals and taking notes to share with the team
Helping manage and organize multiple projects by following priorities and meeting deadlines with guidance from supervisors
Assisting in keeping workflows organized and running smoothly
Helping prepare project plans, status updates, and simple reports
Assisting with project estimates and basic budget tracking
Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
In-office requirement of 2-3 days per week or as needed for client meetings
Experience, skills, knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related major
1 years of internship experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with guidance and supervision
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take direction
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within an agency setting
