IT Support/Application Analyst
Description Work with the Director of Information Technology to implement the technology needs of the Two-Step Distribution companies and assists with making hardware and software related decisions to meet those needs. Coordinate efforts with parent company IT Department to address technology requests. Develop and provide support and training programs for end users regarding technology utilization. Reports to the Director of Information Technology. Key Functions and Roles Infrastructure Support In collaboration with the parent IT Department to: Ensure end-user support needs are being met. Evaluate current technology use and needs and recommend improvements. Assist with troubleshooting and identifying solutions.
