Performs moderate to complex troubleshooting in one or more applications. Maintains and supports applications and their operating environments. Responds to alerts, performs root cause analysis and uses procedures and documentation for issue resolution. Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup. The area supports 70 applications with a variety of tech stacks including: Java, .NET, SQL, Sybase, Oracle and Powerbuilder Experience with some Vulnerability Remediation - modify code in some situations Some Development / Production Support - app dynamics, splunk More on the Java side but a .NET background will work as well Application and Production Support
