Drives forward the Civic Innovation Roadmap by working closely with project partners to understand and support progress. In collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders, identifies and tracks metrics to understand project impact and purpose. Facilitates and leads digital inclusion efforts and initiatives to build a more digitally equitable Pittsburgh. Coordinates the PGH Lab innovation incubator program. Works cross-departmentally on What Works Cities’ initiatives, including metrics monitoring and support for program expansion. Works with Civic Innovation colleagues to build a long-term strategy for continued civic innovation development in Pittsburgh that is sustainable and community based.
