Federated Hermes, Inc. (NYSE:  FHI)—a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Client Contact Center in our Warrendale office. This role provides the opportunity to engage with clients, shareholders and coworkers in a team-oriented and collegial environment where superior customer service is celebrated! 

We offer a comprehensive, paid training program that includes product knowledge, customer service skills and systems training to prepare you for handling client and shareholder inquiries.  Duties include responding to inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls, researching and resolving client inquiries, and producing customer correspondence.
