The Position:
Reporting to the Manager of Learning Technology Services (LTS), the Learning Technology Analyst is vital role within the Technology Support division of PennWest Information Technology Services. Ensuring that all instructional spaces on campus are provisioned and maintained with the latest AV equipment and instructional technology. The position is located at the California campus.
The ITS department promotes team-oriented collaboration and open communication, and the Learning Technology Analyst position is instrumental to our success.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or minimum of 2 years of experience working within an IT role.
Demonstrable knowledge of computers and AV equipment.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working in an academic environment.
Experience working with help desk ticketing system.
Experience of AV installation and management is desired.
Extron or other AV related certifications.
Experience Facilitating training.
Quality Matters/OLC or other Distance Education related certification.
