The University of Pittsburgh's IT department (Pitt IT) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for the Enterprise CRM team. The incumbent will participate in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of business applications.This position is primarily remote, and the user must have a suitable area for working from home. Permanent desk space is not available - though if the incumbent is local to Pittsburgh, they can regularly be on campus using our hoteling model to reserve desk space.The senior team members of the Enterprise CRM team will provide dedicated mentorship, training, and learning opportunities to the incumbent. Salesforce led training may be leveraged as well to familiarize the incumbent on software development best practices and core skills of the position.Success in this role is also determined by the incumbent's ability to train for and subsequently pass The Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Business Analyst certifications exams within the first 12 months of employment.
