Role Overview eNGINE is hiring a VMware Engineer to support and evolve a large-scale virtual infrastructure operating in a Windows-based enterprise environment. This role supports approximately 100 ESXi hosts (with around 60 actively running production workloads) across a dynamic data center landscape. This is not a “ticket-only” VM administration role. We are seeking a strategic engineer who understands the VMware ecosystem end-to-end, can plan upgrades, lead remediation efforts, and help shape the long-term direction of the virtualization platform. While some VM provisioning is required, the primary focus is infrastructure optimization, modernization, and lifecycle management of the VMware software stack.
