 Role Overview 
 eNGINE is seeking a&#xa0; Delivery Lead &#xa0;to own the successful execution of&#xa0; UKG Workforce Management (WFM) &#xa0;implementations across a portfolio of enterprise clients. 
 This is not a Project Manager role. This individual owns the delivery strategy, execution standards, and overall client success across engagements. You will lead guide multiple Project Managers and delivery teams, and serve as the primary point of accountability for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations. 
 This role is focused on&#xa0; UKG Workforce Management modules &#xa0;(timekeeping, scheduling, labor optimization). Experience with HR or Payroll modules is not required.

 Key Responsibilities 
 Delivery Leadership &#38; Execution 
 
 Own end-to-end delivery across multiple UKG WFM implementations, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and timelines 
 Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across engagements 
 Translate Statements of Work into actionable execution plans and guide teams through delivery 
 Act as the escalation point for complex delivery challenges and drive resolution 
 
 Team &#38; Resource Management 
 
 Lead, mentor, and oversee Project Managers and solution consultants across active engagements 
 Align resources to project demand, balancing capacity planning with client commitments 
 Drive accountability across delivery teams to meet milestones and performance expectations 
 
 Client Engagement &#38; Account Ownership 
 
 Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building long-term relationships 
 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery quality and communication 
 Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support upsell efforts 
 
 Pre-Sales &#38; Strategic Support 
 
 Partner with sales teams on scoping, solution design, and cost estimation for new opportunities
