The Mobile Services Coordinator serves as a key member of the mobile client services team, responsible for mobile client services delivery across the region. The mobile services coordinator ensures that clothing and employment readiness services provided within the community in a mobile capacity are delivered in a holistic, accessible, and mission-centered manner.

Primary Responsibilities
Drives the mobile boutique to and from mobile services events and special events as needed
Creates a positive and welcoming environment for clients and volunteers
Provides support for PAWW services and compliance as needed, especially in the absence of primary PAWW personnel due to medical leave, etc.
Maintains mileage log, ensures proper and current documentation binder in vehicle
Coordinates both regularly scheduled and as-needed vehicle maintenance
Prioritizes safety, adheres to driver safety policies and procedures at all times
Ensures organization and restocking of mobile services inventory as needed
Supports the coordination and training of mobile services event volunteers
Ensures client referrals and associated forms are properly completed, tracked, and reported
Researches potential community partners to host mobile services events and walk-in events
Maintains a regular vehicle maintenance schedule and log (oil changes, tire rotations, inspection)
Communicates with partners to confirm details of scheduled mobile services events
Distributes post-event surveys to community partners
Completes monthly mobile services events operations reports as needed
Orders supplies and apparel for mobile unit and mobile clients
Maintains mobile services calendar in alignment with current grants and goals
