About the Role:

The D365 Developer will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) while integrating with third-party systems such as Paychex, Concur, and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules and workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 and external systems (e.g., Paychex, Concur, and other financial or HR applications).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data models and dashboards in Power BI.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL and other BI tools.
• Work within Azure Cloud environments for deployment, data management, and solution hosting.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for D365 F&O and integrated systems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proven experience integrating D365 with third-party applications (Paychex, Concur, etc.).
• Strong proficiency with Azure Cloud Services, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Experience working with APIs, data transformations, and middleware integration tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
