 Key Responsibilities: 
 
 Handle material transactions, production requests, and internal cost/lead time quotes using Microsoft D365 
 Process parts requisitions accurately and efficiently to support production schedules 
 Maintain and update open production requirement and shortage reports 
 Create complete, accurate job packets for Manufacturing and Assembly teams 
 Process nonconforming material and work closely with Production and Procurement to resolve issues 
 Follow all Material Control procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements 
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Material Control function 
 Provide backup support to the Material Control Supervisor as needed 
 Perform additional duties as assigned 
 Qualifications: 
 
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
 Ability to multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills 
 Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted; assistance required for items over 60 lbs 
 Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and twist as needed 
 
 Preferred Qualifications 
 
 Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, or material control 
 3+ years of Material Control experience 
 Experience with Microsoft D365 or other ERP systems 
 Post secondary coursework in computer or business systems
