Federated Hermes is seeking a Facilities Representative based at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, janitorial and transportation duties as required to maintain Federated Hermes’ office space.
What you can expect:
Assemble and disassemble furniture systems and make minor repairs to furniture and check and replace lights when needed
Participate in move coordination meetings and perform relocations including personal belongings, files, furniture, and equipment.
Respond to and resolve work orders submitted through OfficeSpace
Maintain coffee equipment/supplies on a daily basis
Assist in ordering, stocking, and inventory of coffee, cleaning, and maintenance supplies/equipment
General cleaning projects, trash removal, and routine quality assurance inspections with the cleaning contractor
Operate company and executive vehicles
Report deficiencies related to Federated Hermes space to supervisor
Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
General maintenance experience preferred
