Federated Hermes is seeking a Facilities Representative based at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, janitorial and transportation duties as required to maintain Federated Hermes’ office space.
What you can expect:
- Assemble and disassemble furniture systems and make minor repairs to furniture and check and replace lights when needed
- Participate in move coordination meetings and perform relocations including personal belongings, files, furniture, and equipment.
- Respond to and resolve work orders submitted through OfficeSpace
- Maintain coffee equipment/supplies on a daily basis
- Assist in ordering, stocking, and inventory of coffee, cleaning, and maintenance supplies/equipment
- General cleaning projects, trash removal, and routine quality assurance inspections with the cleaning contractor
- Operate company and executive vehicles
- Report deficiencies related to Federated Hermes space to supervisor
- Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- General maintenance experience preferred
