 Duties and Responsibilities 
 As an Ignition Developer, you will:

 Design, configure, and deploy Ignition&#xae; SCADA/HMI applications for industrial automation projects 
 Build real-time dashboards, reporting tools, and operator interfaces tailored to customer needs 
 Integrate Ignition with PLCs, databases, field devices, and industrial networks 
 Troubleshoot, optimize, and expand existing Ignition applications for performance and scalability 
 Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities 
 Collaborate with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure project requirements are met 
 Document system configurations, provide training, and deliver knowledge transfer to end users

 Experience and Qualifications (updated) 
 What We&#8217;re Looking For:

 Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing, programming, and deploying Ignition&#xae; SCADA/HMI applications 
 Background in industrial automation &#8212; not software/IT automation 
 Familiarity with integrating Ignition into environments using PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) 
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for SCADA/HMI systems and industrial controls 
 Clear communication, collaboration, and organizational skills &#8212; able to manage project tasks and customer interactions effectively

 Preferred Qualifications: 
 
 Associate&#8217;s degree in a computer, electrical, or related technical field (equivalent experience considered); higher-level degrees are a plus

 Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) or Professional (CSWP) a plus 
 Intermediate to Expert knowledge of SolidWorks (parts, assemblies, drawings, simulation, analysis). 
 Familiarity with PDM software a plus. 
 Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&#38;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and manufacturing processes. 
 5+ years&#8217; experience using SolidWorks software. 
 Aviation design background a plus. 
 Knowledge of Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturability Techniques a plus. 
 Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5) a plus.
