eNGINE is hiring a Help Desk Specialist to support a client in the sports entertainment industry in the Pittsburgh area. This role is in-office during daytime hours and remote for evenings and weekends, with an expectation of 2–3 days onsite each week. You’ll provide timely technical support for internal users and customers of our client’s mobile applications in a fast-paced, game-day-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and managing multiple requests without missing a beat. Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a Help-Desk support or a related role
Solid understanding of sports content and statistics
