At Perforated AI, we are redefining the efficiency of AI. We are looking for a brilliant Machine Learning Scientist to join our team and help us push the boundaries of our cutting-edge PyTorch optimization techniques. Your mission: build additional use cases and refine our technology to create neural networks that are not just smarter, but significantly smaller and more cost-effective to deploy.
What You’ll Do
Innovate: Research and develop novel applications for our proprietary PyTorch optimization stack.
Optimize: Design and implement techniques to reduce the footprint and computational cost of state-of-the-art neural networks without sacrificing performance.
Scale: Build out new use cases across various domains (NLP, CV, etc.) to demonstrate the versatility of our compression technology.
Collaborate: Work directly with our founder, Rorry Brenner, and the engineering team to bridge the gap between theoretical optimization and production-ready models.
What We’re Looking For
Advanced Expertise: You hold a Master’s, PhD, or have completed Postdoctoral studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
PyTorch Power User: Deep, hands-on experience with PyTorch is essential. You should be comfortable manipulating model architectures and training loops at a granular level.
Neural Network Architect: Strong foundational knowledge in Artificial Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
Efficiency Mindset: Experience with model compression, pruning, quantization, or hardware-aware optimization is a massive plus.
