Role Overview
eNGINE is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of recurring capital initiatives composed of numerous small, fast-moving construction efforts. This role supports program-level execution by keeping projects organized, financially visible, and progressing on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many concurrent efforts while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Support execution of multiple capital improvement efforts operating under a broader program structure
Maintain visibility across project timelines, action items, approvals, and deliverables in a high-volume environment
Partner with sponsors and functional teams to confirm project intent, boundaries, and expected outcomes
Assist with early planning activities such as stakeholder mapping, constraint identification, and preliminary cost modeling
Organize task sequencing and milestone planning to align labor, materials, and vendor resources
Track financial performance across assigned projects, including commitments, actuals, and forward-looking spend
Identify emerging issues related to scope, schedule, cost, or risk and escalate appropriately
Provide recurring updates to leadership on project health, funding status, and forecast changes
Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to support contractor engagement and purchasing activities
Ensure project records, financial data, and supporting documentation remain accurate and audit-ready
Support governance processes by aligning work with established capital policies and controls
Facilitate formal project wrap-up activities, including documentation handoff and retrospective input
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting or coordinating construction, facilities, or capital-related initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Familiarity with project tracking, budgeting, and schedule coordination concepts
Comfort working with financial data, forecasts, and variance explanations
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up and drive accountability
Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external service providers
Preferred Experience
Exposure to capital programs involving repeatable or standardized project work
Experience in environments with defined capital planning or asset management processes
Familiarity with project management or financial tracking tools
