This individual will serve as a senior market facing leader in the metro Pittsburgh market responsible for generating and closing $5M+ annually in consulting services revenue. 
 The ideal candidate is a proven &#8220;rainmaker&#8221; with an established executive network, strong consultative selling capabilities and experience selling complex digital transformations, AI, data, application development, automation, etc. into Fortune 500 organizations. 
 This role requires a strategic hunter mentality, executive presence, strong solutions shaping skills and the ability to partner closely with consulting delivery leaders to drive measurable client outcomes and profitable growth. 
 Key Responsibilities: 
 
 Generate and close $5 M+ in annual consulting services revenue 
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion 
 Bring strong technical solutioning expertise to shape, position, and communicate opportunities 
 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities 
 Lead end to end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution 
 Identify, pursue and close large scale consulting transformation engagements 
 Develop executive level client relationships across CIO, CFO, COO, and business leadership organizations 
 Drive proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development activities 
 
 Consulting Solution Sales 
 
 Sell complex consulting and transformation services including: 
 
 AI (GenAI and Agentic AI) 
 Data and Analytics 
 Application Development 
 Intelligent Automation 
 Digital transformation 
 
 Collaborate with internal practice leaders to shape client solutions and proposals 
 Translate client business challenges into scalable consulting offerings and transformation roadmaps 
 
 Executive Client Leadership 
 
 Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders 
 Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients 
 Establish credibility with both business and technology leaders 
 
 Market Development and Thought Leadership 
 
 Identify emerging market trends and develop new consulting growth opportunities 
 Support development of industry campaigns, executive round tables and thought leadership initiatives

 15+ years of enterprise technical consulting sales experience 
 Proven track record of $5M+ annual consulting revenue 
 Demonstrated success selling complex consulting and transformation services 
 Strong executive network and enterprise relationship base 
 Experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations 
 Strong consultative and solution selling capabilities 
 Experience leading consultative sales cycles from:

 Own full profit &#38; loss (P&#38;L) responsibility including revenue, forecasting, gross profit, and budgeting 
 Develop and execute segment business plans aligned with corporate strategy 
 Lead sales strategy development for existing and new products 
 Establish global pricing strategies and discount structures 
 Drive product lifecycle management, including new product development and market expansion 
 Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and service teams 
 Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists 
 Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation planning 
 Support hiring and team development in partnership with HR 
 Develop inventory strategies, forecasts, and strategic purchasing plans
